Bacon Cheese Onion Rolls

I've voiced before how I'm rather picky about bacon. But I've made these rolls ... oh 3 times now in the last few weeks, much to Mat's pleasure. They freeze well too, so feel free to pop a muffin tin in the freezer {covered in foil} if you fear you won't be able to eat them quick enough. We enjoyed these with soup especially and I used two different baking pans to test the waters: a muffin tin and a 8x8 square pan. Both cooked up well! Charlie seemed to enjoy these rolls as well.
Unfortunately they didn't photograph as well as I had hoped...
